About MG

MG Farrelly is a writer, librarian and filmmaker living in Chicago. He has been published on numerous websites including “Bookslut” as well as the journal “Nature”. He recently had a short story included in the “100 Stories for Haiti” benefit book.

He writes for “Public Libraries” magazine, the “Passing Notes” column on young adult issues. His first book “Making Room” a guide to designing library spaces for young adults will be published in 2010.

MG’s vices include diet coke, sushi and expensive books. He sleeps soundly.
